My boy Charles and I go to the off-leash dog park but find a big, scary dog and an even scarier owner. In a city so large how can there be only one dog park? We need to find out how to get another park! A new and improved dog park!
Charles and I go down to city hall to find out. There we meet the mayor and a team of helpful city staff. We find out more about local government, and with the help of our new friends, we learn how to get a new dog park!
